Standard mixes and video edits include two consolidated revision rounds. Short-form edits include one. Additional rounds or new creative direction are quoted separately.

Rates current as of August 5, 2026. Confirmed bookings retain their written price and scope.

Scope boundary

Each starting price covers one defined primary deliverable and its included revision allowance. Source repair, alternate versions, expanded delivery, and project-file handoff are separate unless named in the quote.

Typically included

The approved finishing path.

  • The approved mix or edit tier and named primary deliverable
  • Consolidated revision rounds within the selected service allowance
  • Basic technical organization and quality control appropriate to the tier
  • Active project recall for 90 days after final delivery

Quoted separately

When the source or delivery expands.

  • Comping, tuning, timing correction, cleanup, or missing-media repair
  • Stems, raw multitracks, native sessions, captions, graphics, or alternate formats
  • Detailed audio work inside a video project or advanced color and motion work
  • New references, replacement media, new direction, or major creative reconstruction

How it works

From inquiry to confirmation.

01

Share the overview

Send a rough version or viewing link, source details, references, required deliverables, and deadline.

02

Scope review

We assess source condition, complexity, revisions, versions, formats, rights, and delivery needs.

03

Approve the quote

The project begins after the written scope and required payment are approved.

04

Review + delivery

Provide consolidated notes within the included rounds, then receive the approved final deliverables.

Before you begin

Submit clean source material and decisive notes.

Organized files and one authorized decision-maker reduce cost, delays, and avoidable revision work.

  1. 01

For audio, provide consolidated files, tempo, sample rate, key, rough mix, references, and lyrics.

  2. 02

Confirm comping and edit status plus any tuning or timing request.

  3. 03

For video, organize camera and audio media, selects, notes, references, and preferred duration.

  4. 04

Provide final names, titles, logos, captions, aspect ratios, graphics, and delivery platforms.

  5. 05

Confirm all alternate versions, stems, raw files, mastering, project files, and delivery formats.

  6. 06

Identify the deadline and the person authorized to approve the final master.

After booking

Begin with a viewing or listening link, rough version, references, deliverable list, and deadline. Full-resolution source files are transferred through the approved upload path after scope, pricing, and required payment are confirmed.

Booking essentials

Good to know.

01

Payment

Most mixing and defined editing projects are paid in full before work begins. Larger projects may use approved milestones.

02

Revisions

A revision round is one consolidated set of notes. Fragmented messages, new references, replacement media, or new deliverables may require additional work.

03

Rights

Clients must own or control all supplied recordings, footage, music, images, fonts, and graphics. Third-party costs and licenses must be funded before use.

04

Delivery + archive

Final and source files are released after balances are paid. Project recall is maintained for 90 days; retention beyond that window is not guaranteed, so clients must keep independent backups.
