Full ensembles, 16-microphone drums, larger input counts, and more involved cue systems.
Send us your performer and input list. We’ll confirm the right recording setup before you reserve the session.

Before you begin
Before booking, we only need enough information to confirm the right session tier and protect the calendar.
Choose your preferred date, duration, and Standard or Full-Band recording tier.
Share the performer and instrument count plus the general goal for the session.
Let us know whether you expect playback files, special monitoring, video, or post-production.
After the booking is confirmed and required payment is received, we’ll send the full technical intake for input lists, files, plugins, cue mixes, deliverables, uploads, and session access.
Booking essentials
These are the core controls for standard recording bookings. The approved quote and recording confirmation govern any unusual or complex session needs.
A 50% booking retainer is required to reserve the session. The approved remaining balance is due before or at session start.
Two-hour sessions generally require at least 48 hours notice to transfer once. Four-hour tracking blocks generally require 72 hours.
Booked time includes load-in, requested setup, soundcheck, recording, breaks, playback, immediate file handling, and load-out. Late arrival does not extend the session.
Rough references, final mixes, stems, raw multitracks, and native sessions are separate deliverables. Final and source files release after approved balances are paid; clients must maintain independent backups.
