Hybrid Audio + Video Production
Recording, video capture, and post-production combined into one planned production path.
- More than one standard service
- Coordinated capture and delivery
Service / 05
A coordinated scope for projects that cross more than one standard booking path—or add livestreaming, specialty equipment, outside personnel, expanded post-production, or ALJO Music creative services.
Rates + scope
Choose this path when the project cannot be represented accurately by one standard studio appointment. Pricing follows the actual labor, equipment, personnel, deliverables, risk, rights, and creative authorship required.
A single proposal coordinates every approved service and dependency.
Recording, video capture, and post-production combined into one planned production path.
Platform planning, testing, real-time operation, recording, and approved replay or media delivery.
A production that adds crew, rentals, specialty equipment, outside specialists, expanded post, or coordinated ALJO Music services.
A custom inquiry begins the review process; it does not hold a date. Calendar space is reserved only after the written proposal, required payment, and confirmation are complete.
Rates current as of August 5, 2026. Confirmed bookings retain their written price and scope.
The proposal names what ALJO Studios is responsible for, what is being coordinated through another provider or ALJO brand, and which costs must be approved before commitment.

How it works
Send the project, timing, people, technical needs, references, and deliverables.
ALJO Studios classifies the services, minimums, staffing, equipment, outside costs, rights, and cross-brand needs.
You receive the approved scope, pricing, payment terms, deliverables, schedule, and special conditions.
The project is reserved only after approval, required payment, and written confirmation.
Before you begin
The better the intake, the more accurately ALJO Studios can classify the work, protect the calendar, and prepare the quote.
Describe the project type, creative goal, preferred date, duration, and deadline.
List every participant, performer, guest, operator, or outside specialist.
Share references, run-of-show, input list, camera expectations, and platform needs.
Identify required deliverables, versions, aspect ratios, source files, and archive needs.
Disclose rentals, travel, licensing, rights, accessibility, or special conditions.
Name the person authorized to approve scope, changes, and final delivery.
Begin with the project summary, references, technical overview, deliverable list, and deadline. Do not send passwords, stream keys, private platform credentials, or full-resolution media in the first email; secure access and file-transfer instructions follow scope approval and required payment.
Booking essentials
Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for seven calendar days and remains subject to availability until payment is received.
Payment structure follows the project risk. Outside personnel, rentals, licenses, media, travel, and purchases are funded before commitment.
Material changes after approval may require new pricing, payment, personnel, minimums, deliverables, or schedule confirmation.
An inquiry, discussion, file review, verbal request, or unpaid invoice does not hold calendar space. The project is confirmed only in writing after required payment clears.
